Your favourite colour for shoes, both formal and casual?

Formal - brown.

Casual - probably also brown.

Black for formal shoes
Brown for casual. I like a brown nubuck low boot especially.

I dont usually wear formal shoes just for weddings funerals christenings and hopefully never again court.

I bought a pair of black formal shoes for £400 for a wedding in 2006.

They are the shoes I still wear when I remember where I left them. Otherwise I'll buy a pair en route from a supermarket for £20/£30. Horrible ankle cutting plasticky nonsense

So you're saying black for formal? What about casual wear?

Black with grey or black trousers. Brown with navy.

That’s my rule!
